Do you like online editors? I use to use them until I got PS. Lunapic was one of the best online editors.

The one thing that I really like about online editors, you can get some cool effects that you can't make yourself, then you can download the picture, and put it straight into PS, or GIMP, or Paint(bless your soul if you try that...)

hmm, sometimes.... but mostly, no, now i think there is a program called "paint++" that is supposed to be paint, but with better features like in PS or GIMP, but still very, very, very, very, very simple.....
